• Your Chinese tea must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Refunds are available for unopened loose leaf tea packages only.

Refund Processing:

• After receiving and inspecting the returned Chinese tea, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
